Making a Purchase

Prices shown include Excise Duty at the rate currently applicable in the UK.

Prices shown against each item listed are not inclusive of postage and packaging which will be added to the bill.

All products offered are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability of the products listed.

Items containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to those aged 18 or over (UK).

Goods must be checked at the time of delivery and any damage notified to Foxtail distillery within 48 hours of receipt. See the returns policy for more information.

Goods are dispatched by a third party courier and their terms and conditions apply.

Goods are sent entirely at the customers own risk as we are unable to guarantee safe delivery.

Foxtail Distillery do not accept liability for delayed or non delivery of goods due to mis-information.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. Unfortunately, at this time we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will try to back order for you. Sometimes this is not possible as we are dealing with seasonal products with limited availability. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

If any product that we send to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within 48 hours of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
