The Botanicals
Mostly the herbs, flowers and botanicals are foraged from our garden, hedgerows, woodlands and meadows close to our distillery based in Herefordshire. These are then craftily distilled at low temperatures to capture the fresh lively essence of our British countryside.
The botanicals we use include rosehips, apple blossom, blackberries, sloes, nettles, rose petals, orchard fruits, lemon verbena, apple mint, rosemary, lavender, sweet chestnuts, elderberries, elderflowers, citrus peel, chamomile, crab apple, rowan berries, damsons and Orris root.
The Team
Originally from Dublin, Ireland he is known amongst his friends as the ‘genius of gin’. His methodical and detailed mind gives him an uncompromising approach to distilling. His passion for Gin in particular is matched only by his love of the outdoors and endurance events which he says is the source of his inspiration for new flavours.

Ross
Growing up in the area she spent her childhood foraging for wild garlic, hazelnuts and blackberries and then created havoc in her grandma’s kitchen making jams, pies and drinks with her foraged bounty. Leigh went onto study biochemistry at university which combined with her passion for nature gives her the skills and know how to utilise and capture the essence of natures bounty.
