Join us on a voyage into the World of Gin where we pay homage to our country’s spirit in this tasting masterclass with our master distiller.

You will begin by enjoying one of our signature Foxtail Gin & Tonic’s each upon arrival before going on to explore the World of Gin and savouring five premium gins and a variety of mixers from around the World.

On this experience you will have the undivided attention of our WSET qualified, Master Distiller and you will learn about the medicinal origins of Gin, the craft production process and the recognised tasting approach used to describe the ‘nose’, ‘intensity’ and flavour characteristics of each Gin you choose to sample.

Tasting Experiences are usually held on Saturdays at 6pm with the experience lasting approximately 2 hours.

We kindly request that anyone intending to sample alcohol does not drive to the distillery. If a member of your party chooses to drive a “take away” Foxtail sample pack will be provided for them to enjoy at home.
